Conveyor belts are applied widely, in conveying materials from this position to other positions in factory, move to other warehouses, or loading goods on and down the trucks or containers. It helps people to maximize the working’s effectiveness when conveying the heavy materials. Besides, the slope positions, continuously and fast speed conveying also need the conveyor belts’ systems.
In term of the common conveyor belts, the conveyor belts are designed with the straight or curve sharp (often 30- 45- 60- 90- 180o). the simple conveyor belts’ frames are put closely and linked together to make the long conveying system. Most of them are made from inox or steel. The conveyor belts are also combined with rollers which help them perform smoother.
However, due to the environment and the materials’ characteristics, some conveyor belts are desinged with the special functions:
- Conveyor belts can change the height and the slope degree: using the hydraulic lift or controlling system to change the height, slope to fit with the position. For example, the conveyor belts for loading the goods on and down the struck and container.
- Flexible conveyor belts: they are added the wheels under the frame to easily move around quickly.
- Sensor conveyor belts: toward the requirements of conveying continuously, fast with large amount of the goods and materials, the sensor conveyor belts are very necessary. The sensor conveyor belts are designed with the smart sensor system, so they can draw back or stop some parts (of rollers’ chain) when the goods are full of 1 row (Eg: truck and container loading)
