The core of polyester are put horizontal and the one of nylon are put vertical. They across each other. This structure helps the fabric core conveyor belts become more durable, elastic and stronger with high force bearing. Moreover, the fabric core conveyor belts also have the suitable elasticity in term of elasticity which help them easy to create a trough. The number of ply can be free to choose and this will directly affect the width of conveyor belts.
Beside the good core, the rubber cover also very excellent. The top rubber cover are variable based on the conveyed materials, frame’s structure and customers’ requirements. They can be flat, chevron, elevator, heat resistance, oil, chemical resistance or wear and tear resistance, etc. the top and bottom covers are carefully pocessed to be fit with the specification, anti-musty, waterproof, more durable and well perform in the continuously working condition and long distance.
Furthermore, the linked rubber plies are also very important. They help to link the cover with the core to unique. They are young rubber which can be seemed like glue.
