Conveyor belts are made of EP reinforced fabric, with the structure of top and bottom rubber cover, middle is the multi-ply fabric which helps to increase the strength and durability of the conveyor belts. Characteristics of EP conveyor belts: polyester fiber is vertical, nylon is horizontal. Thanks to this interlocking structure, the conveyor belt is difficult to be stretched in both width and longitudinal direction.

• Low elongation at break, quick start up of conveying system, energy saving. Low deformation (<4%), smoother rubber surface and less cracks.
• Surface has high abrasion resistance, high chemical resistance. In addition, the conveyor surface can also be waterproof to prevent against aging the conveyor belts.
Conveyor belts are less classifiable at the high temperatures. Maximum operating temperature can be up to 150oC.
