Oil resistance conveyor belts are commonly used for conveying the materials that coat or contain oils. The oil level range from light to heavy. When conveying the oil materials, the oil resistance conveyor belts will be degenerated and damaged rapidly. The reason is that the oil causes abrasion, rubber bulging, and increases the weight of the rubber surface, as well as changing the rubber structure and the physical properties. This reduces the strength and life of the product.

Oil resistance conveyor belts are made from rubber and fabric. Then they are rolled and processed with the special methods that allow the surface to well resist oil.

Specific application: Used to convey the components, parts and materials that have oil like the cooking oil factories, heavy oil like coal, or oil in thermal power plants, soybean residues, fish and meat, and other materials contain oil and insoluble organic solvents. In addition, the oil resistance conveyor belts can also resist the paraffin oil, naphthene, petrol, vegetable oil, etc.

When installing the oil resistance belts, it is important to consider the oil content of the material that will be convey, as well as heat transfer of the oil. If the temperatures are greater than 80 ° C, the heat resistance conveyor belts should be considered.
