In addition, the top and bottom rubber cover are more tough and durable, providing superior impact resistance, abrasion resistance, and ultimate tear resistance. Steel and rubber are processed with special technology that increases the link among layers. Additionally, the steel core conveyor belts not only have the longitudinal steel cores but also have the horizontal steel cores which help to prevent tear in 4 dimensions. Thanks to that nature, the steel core conveyor belt allows customers to easily create the chute, increase the balance and stability when installed to the conveyor system.
