- Normal temperature glue:
After the conveyor belts are processed according to the required specifications, they will be installed to the conveyor’s frame. However, then, their heads need to be connect first. In particular, 2 conveyor belts’ heads are connected by the special glue, then they are pressed by the modern technology. The advantage of this method is saving efforts, time and costs. If the customers’ conveyor frame can be removable, the customers can order the glue service at our factory. In contrast, if the customers’ conveyor frame is all welds, our company Bach Tung JSC will distribute the high experienced engineers and the machines, tools to the customers’ factory to glue. This way will take more cost but can be more exact.
- Heat compress:
Although the normal temperature glue method is saving and fast, it is easy to be broken at the joint points when performing continuously. To solve this problem, the heat compress method is found. In particular, the conveyor belts will be glued by the special glue, then are add the rubber and pressed under the heat pressing machines to perfect the glue as well as the joint points. Based on the high tmeperature, adding rubber and the large compress power, the conveyor belts in this method will be more durable. It makes the conveyor belts likely the endless ones. Eliminating the weak points at the joint point is the foremost condition that help the conveyor belts become more durable and difficult to be wear and tear at the connecting point. This method can be done at our factory or we will distribute the good engineers and the machine to the customers’ factory.
