The rollers are often made from iron, steel, inox, plastic,… and used for pull the conveyor belts ỏ fetters move.
The active rollers are applied widely in most conveying system. Some are combined with the engine inside to automatically pull the conveyor belt moving. Some others are pull based on the movement of the frame’s engine.
In some cases, the active rollers are made rough to used for rubber conveyor belts, PVC conveyor, etc. The purpose of the rough is to increase the friction between conveyor belts and the rollers.
Moreover, there are some other kinds include: smooth surface rollers, rollers covered with rubber, straight roolers, curve rollers, etc. If they are linked by the fetters or gears, all rollers will move with the movement of the engine. Therefore, in this case, all are called active rollers.
